Design & Technology
Key Stage 3
The curriculum in D&T is varied, taking in all aspects of the subject including, Food, Resistant Materials, Graphics and Textiles Technology. The schemes of work are rigorous and flexible enough to challenge all abilities. Students study this subject for 2 hours per week.
Key Stage 4
All students must opt for one course which they will continue to a finish in Year 11. All options are full course GCSE subjects provided by the examinations board OCR.

AS & A Level
The course offered is OCR Product Design.
AS - Students complete 3 modules: System Case Study, Product Study and examination.
A2 - 2 modules complete the coursework which is centred around a ‘major project’. A final examination completes the assessment.
