School Trips
Our students have many opportunities to take part in school trips.
Every February our annual Skiing trip takes place to the Alps and in July our Year 8 students have the opportunity to visit Windermere’s Twin Town, Diessen am Ammersee, in Bavaria in Germany.
Other recent international trips have included visits to Malawi and Morocco, and in 2011 we have an expedition going to Ecuador.
Closer to home, fieldwork and educational visits are a regular part of the syllabus in many subjects. Theatre visits are frequently arranged for students in most year groups and Year 7 students take part in outdoor activities as part of their induction to the school.
